Flip panels to keep your ship powered, before it is sucked into a black hole! 

My first Playdate game, created for Uncrank'd Pre-Summer Game Jam. Based on an old pub game called "Shut the Box".

Controls
  • D-Pad (side to side) – Panel navigation
  • A – Choose a panel
  • B – Clear selection
  • D-pad (up) – Flip selected panels
  • D-pad (down) - Re-roll (if any remaining)

Aspirations for v1: clean up UI so easy to read (black backgrounds with white text better?) and add proper art for fusebox, use crank for something (rerolls?), and add an achievement.

What other improvements are needed? Let me know!

I'm really looking forward to playing this new game! It looks like an exciting take on a classic pub game - flipping panels to keep your ship powered and avoiding the black hole sounds intense! Btw, if you're up for a fun challenge, I'd love to see what you come up with for the WowCube Game Jam: https://itch.io/jam/wowcube-game-jam. They have a very interesting platform and are even offering prizes lol
